Xurl provides URL shortening and link analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Xurl.

You may not use Xurl to:

• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or other harmful content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical measures we use to enforce these Terms

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit. By using the service you grant Xurl a limited licence to store and serve that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

Xurl and its logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without prior written permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xurl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
